Shubhdays has no account and no server. Your town, your family's days and your reminders are kept on your phone. We don't collect them, see them, sell them or share them.

Who we are

Shubhdays is a panchang calendar app published by Ondravan Private Limited, India, the company that also makes Fondays. In this policy "we" means Ondravan Private Limited. You can reach us at support@shubhdays.com.

What the app uses, and where it stays

Your town or location

Every time in Shubhdays (sunrise, Rahu kaal, muhurat, festival dates) is worked out for a place. You can pick your town from the list, or tap "Use my location" and allow location access, and the app works out the times for where you are. It asks only for an approximate location, because the panchang needs your town, not your street. While "Use my location" is on, the app checks again each time you open it, so the times follow you when you travel; it never checks when the app is closed. Location is used and stored only on your phone, and is never sent to us or anyone else. You don't have to give location access at all: picking a town works just as well.

Your family's days

Names, tithis and dates you add (birthdays, shraddhas, anniversaries) are stored only on your phone, so the app can find each year's date and remind you. So is a phone number, if you add one to a family day: "Call" hands it to your phone's own dialer, and the app never calls or sends anything itself.

Reminders

Reminders are scheduled by the app on your phone, through the phone's own notification system. No server sends them and we don't know when you get them. You choose which ones you want, and you can turn notifications off in the app or in your phone's settings.

Your settings

Language, theme, town and reminder choices are stored on your phone.

The home-screen widget

The app passes today's panchang to its own widget on your phone. It doesn't leave the phone.

Sharing today's card

When you tap Share, the card goes to the app you choose, such as WhatsApp, and that app's own policy applies. We don't see what you share or who you share it with.

What we don't do

No account and no sign-in. We don't ask for your name, phone number or email.
No ads, analytics, tracking or crash-reporting tools in this version, and no advertising ID.
Shubhdays itself sends nothing over the internet. The whole panchang is built into the app, so it works offline.
We don't sell or share personal data, because we never receive any.

Phone backups

If your phone backs up its apps (Google backup on Android, iCloud on iPhone), your settings and family days may be included in that backup. The backup is stored in your own Google or Apple account under their terms, and we can't see it.

Deleting your data

To remove one family day, open it in the Family tab and tap Remove.
To remove everything on Android, go to Settings → Apps → Shubhdays → Storage → Clear data, or uninstall the app.
To remove everything on iPhone, delete the app.
You can withdraw location or notification access at any time in your phone's settings.

We hold nothing about you, so there is nothing for us to delete on our side.

Children

Shubhdays is made for families, but it isn't directed at children under 13, and it collects nothing from anyone.

Changes

If a later version adds anything that collects data, such as ads or an account for sharing family days, we'll update this policy and the app's privacy details on Google Play and the App Store before that version is released. The date at the top will change.

Shubhdays मध्ये खाते नाही आणि सर्व्हर नाही. तुमचे गाव, कुटुंबाचे दिवस आणि आठवणी तुमच्या फोनवरच ठेवल्या जातात. आम्ही त्या गोळा करत नाही, पाहत नाही, विकत नाही आणि कोणालाही देत नाही.

ॲप काय वापरते आणि ते कुठे राहते

तुमचे गाव किंवा लोकेशन

Shubhdays मधील प्रत्येक वेळ (सूर्योदय, राहुकाळ, मुहूर्त, सणांच्या तारखा) एखाद्या ठिकाणासाठी मोजली जाते. यादीतून तुमचे गाव निवडा, किंवा "माझे ठिकाण वापरा" वर टॅप करून लोकेशनची परवानगी द्या, म्हणजे ॲप तुम्ही जिथे आहात तिथल्या वेळा मोजते. ॲप फक्त अंदाजे लोकेशन मागते, कारण पंचांगाला तुमचे गाव लागते, रस्ता नाही. "माझे ठिकाण वापरा" चालू असताना ॲप उघडल्यावर प्रत्येक वेळी लोकेशन पुन्हा पाहते, म्हणजे प्रवासात वेळा तुमच्याबरोबर बदलतात; ॲप बंद असताना ते कधीही लोकेशन पाहत नाही. लोकेशन फक्त तुमच्या फोनवर वापरले आणि साठवले जाते. ते आम्हाला किंवा इतर कोणालाही कधीच पाठवले जात नाही. लोकेशनची परवानगी देणे आवश्यक नाही: गाव निवडणेही तितकेच चालते.

कुटुंबाचे दिवस

तुम्ही जोडलेली नावे, तिथी आणि तारखा (वाढदिवस, श्राद्ध, लग्नाचे वाढदिवस) फक्त तुमच्या फोनवर साठवल्या जातात, म्हणजे ॲप दर वर्षीची तारीख शोधून आठवण करून देऊ शकते. एखाद्या दिवसाला तुम्ही फोन नंबर जोडला, तर तोही फक्त फोनवरच राहतो: "फोन करा" तो नंबर तुमच्या फोनच्या डायलरकडे देते, ॲप स्वतः कधीही फोन करत नाही किंवा काही पाठवत नाही.

आठवणी

आठवणी ॲप तुमच्या फोनवरच, फोनच्या स्वतःच्या सूचना-व्यवस्थेतून ठरवते. त्या कोणताही सर्व्हर पाठवत नाही, आणि त्या तुम्हाला कधी मिळतात हे आम्हाला कळत नाही. कोणत्या आठवणी हव्यात ते तुम्ही निवडता, आणि ॲपमध्ये किंवा फोनच्या सेटिंग्जमध्ये त्या बंद करू शकता.

तुमची सेटिंग्ज

भाषा, थीम, गाव आणि आठवणींचे पर्याय तुमच्या फोनवर साठवले जातात.

होम स्क्रीन विजेट

ॲप आजचे पंचांग तुमच्या फोनवरील स्वतःच्या विजेटला देते. ते फोनबाहेर जात नाही.

आजचे कार्ड शेअर करणे

तुम्ही शेअर वर टॅप करता तेव्हा कार्ड तुम्ही निवडलेल्या ॲपकडे (उदा. व्हॉट्सॲप) जाते, आणि त्या ॲपचे धोरण लागू होते. तुम्ही काय आणि कोणाला शेअर करता ते आम्हाला दिसत नाही.

आम्ही काय करत नाही

खाते नाही, साइन-इन नाही. आम्ही तुमचे नाव, फोन नंबर किंवा ईमेल विचारत नाही.
या आवृत्तीत जाहिराती, ॲनालिटिक्स, ट्रॅकिंग किंवा क्रॅश-रिपोर्टिंगची कोणतीही साधने नाहीत, आणि जाहिरात आयडीही वापरला जात नाही.
Shubhdays स्वतः इंटरनेटवर काहीही पाठवत नाही. संपूर्ण पंचांग ॲपमध्येच आहे, त्यामुळे ते इंटरनेटशिवाय चालते.
आम्हाला कोणतीही वैयक्तिक माहिती मिळतच नाही, म्हणून आम्ही ती विकत किंवा देत नाही.

फोनचा बॅकअप

तुमचा फोन ॲप्सचा बॅकअप घेत असेल (Android वर Google बॅकअप, iPhone वर iCloud), तर त्यात तुमची सेटिंग्ज आणि कुटुंबाचे दिवस असू शकतात. हा बॅकअप तुमच्या स्वतःच्या Google किंवा Apple खात्यात, त्यांच्या अटींनुसार राहतो. आम्हाला तो दिसत नाही.

तुमची माहिती हटवणे

एखादा कुटुंबाचा दिवस काढायचा असेल तर 'कुटुंब' मध्ये तो उघडा आणि काढा वर टॅप करा.
Android वर सगळे काढण्यासाठी: Settings → Apps → Shubhdays → Storage → Clear data, किंवा ॲप अनइन्स्टॉल करा.
iPhone वर सगळे काढण्यासाठी ॲप डिलीट करा.
लोकेशन किंवा सूचनांची परवानगी फोनच्या सेटिंग्जमध्ये कधीही काढून घेता येते.

आमच्याकडे तुमची कोणतीही माहिती नसते, त्यामुळे आमच्या बाजूने हटवण्यासारखे काही नाही.

मुले

Shubhdays कुटुंबांसाठी बनवले आहे, पण ते १३ वर्षांखालील मुलांसाठी नाही, आणि ते कोणाकडूनही काहीही गोळा करत नाही.

बदल

पुढच्या एखाद्या आवृत्तीत माहिती गोळा करणारे काही आले (उदा. जाहिराती, किंवा कुटुंबाचे दिवस शेअर करण्यासाठी खाते), तर ती आवृत्ती येण्याआधी आम्ही हे धोरण आणि Google Play व App Store वरील गोपनीयता माहिती बदलू. वरची तारीखही बदलेल.
